Yatco reflected on her journey to becoming a full-time voice actor and how “happy” she is to be representing Filipinos and Filipino-Americans in on-screen entertainment, which she rarely had growing up.
“I think being from Jersey, a lot of people from Jersey hold that chip on their shoulder or just like that natural edge that you walk around with everyday,” Mielnicki said.
“I feel like Jersey really has an impact on everybody that’s from there, especially from the part that we’re from – Northern Jersey,” Cosme said. “It kind of gives you this grit, this edge… You gotta be tough to be where we’re from.
