“My passion is I wanna help people [in Jersey City] with food because I believe that we can reverse sickness by food,” she said.
“so everybody has their own flavor. And through storytelling and spending time [with them], I get to learn more about different cultures [in Hudson County]. I think through the art, I’ve been able to expand.”
“If it continues on the track that it’s going… we might lose all the things that make Jersey City a special place.”
“I always say, I am a regular guy that worked very hard, and if I can do it, any other student can do it,” Saint Peter’s president said.
“We want to create a place to let people come in and [enjoy] the [family-style meal], enjoy the time.”

“It’s just really fun to play that kind of sound for [the] homies and fans,” Graypath West New York band vocalist Bryan said in a Zoom interview.

“[In Latino culture] they don’t want you to pacar trabajo [or to go through the trouble’], but it’s okay if that’s something that you have a passion for.”
