A judge will be appointed Monday morning to a pending sexual assault case against Dr. Nizar Kifaeih, an active president and CEO at Hudson Regional Hospital, which has made efforts in taking on local Jersey City, Hoboken and Bayonne hospitals amidst those facilities’ struggles.
